Process
solutions.

Follow the complete production route: prepare the precious-metal charge, create a uniform melt, cool into a controlled structure and verify the result before the next operation.

VIEW THE COMPLETE PROCESS

Begin with a controlled addition.

Fine gold provides the precious-metal base. KINGOLD master alloy supplies the balanced components needed for the target karat, colour and production behaviour.

Fine gold+Master alloy=Target alloy

Four stages. One uniform matrix.

Prepare

Define target karat, colour, process and finished-metal requirement.

Melt

Combine fine gold and master alloy under a controlled cycle.

Cool

Cast and cool for a stable, workable structure.

Verify

Confirm composition, weight, colour and hardness.

The designed alloy takes form.

After complete mixing, the molten alloy is poured and cooled into production material. The illustrated 10 g result represents batch recovery; actual yield depends on calculation and process control.

Weight & composition

Verify by hydrostatic weighing.

Water weighing estimates density from weight in air and apparent weight in water. It supports process verification; exact composition should be confirmed by an appropriate analytical assay.

IMPORTANT

The photographs are conceptual process illustrations. Adding master alloy changes composition and karat; final ratios must be calculated for the specified alloy grade, target fineness and production route.
